The President of the Republic promulgated six acts08.05.2006
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the Act on Amendments to the Aliens Act and Associated Acts; the Prosecutor’s Office Act, Penal Code, Code of Misdemeanour Procedure, Code of Criminal Proceedings and Information Society Services Act Amendment Act; the Metrology Act, State Fees Act and Public Transport Act Amendment Act; the Act on the Ratification of the Convention on the Law Applicable to Contractual Obligations and the Protocols Thereto, passed by the Riigikogu on April 19, 2006, and the Act on Amendments to the Police and Police Service Act and to Other Acts Arising Therefrom; the Act on Amendments to § 22 of the Traffic Insurance Act, passed by the Riigikogu on April 20, 2006.
