The President of the Republic resolved to confer a state decoration on Jiuyin Hong01.03.2006
President Arnold Rüütel, yesterday, at Kadriorg, signed a decision to confer the 1st class Order of the Cross of Terra Mariana on Jiuyin Hong, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Estonia in the years 2003-2005, in recognition of his services to the Estonian state.
