The President of the Republic promulgated nine acts07.12.2004
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed resolutions to promulgate the Act on Amendments to the Study Allowances and Study Loans Act; the Creative persons and Artistic Associations Act, passed by the Riigikogu on November 18, 2004; the Act on Amendments to the Alcohol, Tobacco and Fuel Excise Duty Act and Associated Acts; the Act on Amendments to the Citizenship Act; the Act on Amendments to the Gambling Tax Act; the Earth's Crust Act; the Act on Amendments to the Machinery Safety Act; the Act on the Accession to the Convention drawn up on the basis of Article K3 of the Treaty on European Union, relating to Extradition between the Member States of the European Union; the Act on the Accession to the Convention drawn up on the basis of Article K3 of the Treaty on European Union, on Simplified Extradition procedure between the Member States of the European Union, passed by the Riigikogu on November 23, 2004.
