The President of the Republic promulgated two acts15.06.2004
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed resolutions to promulgate the Act on Amendments to the Health Insurance Act and the Defence Forces Service Act, and the Act on the Ratification of the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography passed by the Riigikogu on June 2.
