The President of the Republic promulgated four acts30.04.2004
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed resolutions to promulgate the Act on Amendments to the Republic of Estonia Education Act, the Republic of Estonia Education Act and Education Allowances and Educational Loans Act Amendment Act, and to the Education Allowances and Educational Loans Act; the Act on Amendments to the Republic of Estonia Education Act, Adult Education Act, Basic Schools and Upper Secondary Schools Act, Hobby Schools Act, Private Schools Act, Pre-School Child Care Institutions Act and Vocational Educational Institutions Act; and the Packaging Act passed by the Riigikogu on 21 April 2004.
The President promulgated also the Act on Amendments to the Local Government Organisation Act passed by the Riigikogu on 22 April 2004.
