The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Hungary to Estonia in the years 1999-2002, Béla Jávorszky, for his services to the Republic of Estonia was decorated by President Arnold Rüütel with the I Class Order of the Cross of Terra Mariana.
