The President of the Republic promulgated three acts03.10.2006
President Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the Organic Farming Act, passed by the Riigikogu on September 20, 2006; the Building Act, Apartment Associations Act, Apartment Ownership Act and Energy Efficiency of Equipment Act Amendment Act, and the Liquid Fuel Stocks Act, Taxation Act and Liquid Fuel Act Amendment Act, passed by the Riigikogu on September 27, 2006.
