The President of the Republic promulgated two acts26.09.2006
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the Explosive Substances Act Amendment Act, and the Act on Amendments to § 27 of the Privatisation Act, passed by the Riigikogu on September 20, 2006.
