President Rüütel and Mrs. Ingrid Rüütel today, within the framework of the state visit to Croatia, visited the City of Dubrovnik where they met with Governor of Dubrovnik-Neretva County Ivo Miletic, and Mayor of Dubrovnik Dubravka Šuisa.

Following the meeting, President Rüütel and Mrs. Ingrid Rüütel acquainted themselves with the places of interest in Dubrovnik. In the words of the President of the Republic it is admirable that the war-damaged buildings in Dubrovnik have been restored so quickly and the former looks and individuality of the city have been preserved.

Today, in the evening, the Head of Estonian State will meet with the Croatian Foreign Minister Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic to discuss Estonian-Croatian bilateral relations and the process of Croatia's accession to the European Union and NATO.
