The President of the Republic promulgated three acts23.12.2005
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the Government of the Republic Act and Chancellor of Justice Act Amendment Act; the Providing International Protection to Aliens Act; and the Act on the Ratification of the Protocol No. 14 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, Amending the Control System of the Convention, passed by the Riigikogu on December 14, 2005.
