The President of the Republic met with the Prime Minister19.12.2005
President Arnold Rüütel and Prime Minister Andrus Ansip discussed internal and external policy matters over a dinner today at Kadriorg.
At that end of the year meeting, it was jointly concluded that on the whole the year 2005 could be considered a successful year for Estonia. The Prime Minister informed the Head of State about the issues related to the EU financial perspective; the activities of Estonia in general within the European Union, and relations with Russia were also touched upon.
