The President of the Republic promulgated eleven acts15.12.2005
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the Bailiffs Act Amendment Act, adopted by the Riigikogu on December 6, 2005; the Environmental Charges Act; the Alcohol, Tobacco and Fuel Excise Duty Act Amendment Act; the Value Added Tax Act and the Taxation Act Amendment Act; the Traffic Act, Penal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure Amendment Act; the State Budget Act of the Year 2006, adopted by the Riigikogu on December 7, 2005; the Constitutional Review Proceedings Act and Riigikogu Rules of Procedure Act Amendment Act; the Business Code Amendment Act; the Plant Propagating and Plant Variety Rights Act; the Plant Protection Act and State Fees Act Amendment Act, passed by the Riigikogu on December 8, 2005, and the Liquid Fuel Stocks Act Amendment Act, passed by the Riigikogu on December 13, 2005.
