The President of the Republic received chairmen of Estonian courts14.12.2005
 President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg held a reception for judges who due to reorganisation of the court system will leave the office of chairmen of county and city courts on January 1, 2006.
The President of the Republic thanked the judges for their service and their balanced and competent work that has in a short time period enabled Estonia to build up a modern system of justice administration, and wished a happy and peaceful Christmas time to all court employees.
Minister of Justice Rein Lang and Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Märt Rask also addressed the judges. On behalf of the judges Chairman of Tartu County Court Madis Kägu thanked the Head of State for the reception.
