The President of the Republic promulgated seven acts25.11.2005
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the Natural Gas Act and State Fees Act Amendment Act; the National Defence League Act Amendment Act; the Act on the Accession to the Convention on Nuclear Safety; the Act on the Ratification of the Agreement between the Kingdom of Belgium, the Czech Republic, the Kingdom of Denmark, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Estonia, the Hellenic Republic, the Kingdom of Spain, the French Republic, Ireland, the Italian Republic, the Republic of Cyprus, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Republic of Hungary, the Republic of Malta, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Republic of Austria, the Republic of Austria, the Portuguese Republic, the Republic of Slovenia, the Slovak Republic, the Republic of Finland, the Kingdom of Sweden, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (the Member States of the European Union) and the Republic of Bulgaria and Romania on the Accession of the Republic of Bulgaria and Romania to the European Union; the Act on the Accession to the Convention on the Safety of United Nations and Associated Personnel; the Act on the Ratification of the European convention on the Compensation of Victims of Violent Crimes, passed by the Riigikogu on November 16, 2005, and the Act on the Accession to the Convention Setting up a European University Institute, passed by the Riigikogu on November 23, 2005.
