The President of the Republic resolved to give a state award to Ömer Altug28.10.2005
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution on conferring the Order of the Cross of Terra Mariana, 1st class, on Ömer Altug, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey in Estonia in the years 2001-2005, in recognition of his services to the Estonian state.
