The President of the Republic promulgated seven acts27.10.2005
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the Business Code Amendment Act; the Act on Amendments to the Acts Regulating the Activities of Notaries; the Act on Amendments to Acts Relating to the Structural Reform of the Tax and Customs Board; the Health Care Services Organisation Act Amendment Act; the Act on the Ratification of Agreement in the Form of an Exchange of Letters on the Taxation of Savings Income and the Provisional Application thereof; the Act on the Ratification of the Convention between the Republic of Estonia and the Republic of Lithuania for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital and the Protocol thereto, passed by the Riigikogu on October 12, 2005, and the Seafarers Act Amendment Act, passed by the Riigikogu on October 13, 2005.
