The President of the Republic met with the Prime Minister

President Arnold Rüütel and Prime Minister Andrus Ansip discussed internal and foreign policy matters today at Kadriorg in the course of a traditional working lunch. The upcoming elections for local councils and the issues related to it were discussed at greater length. The nomination of a new Minister of Defence was also discussed.
