The President of the Republic promulgated an act04.10.2005
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the Disciplinary Measures in the Defence Forces Act and the Defence Forces Service Act Amendment Act, passed by the Riigikogu on September 21, 2005.
