President Arnold Rüütel on Friday, September 9, at Kadriorg, signed a resolution to appoint Priit Kolbre as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the Republic of Finland, residing in Helsinki.
The President of the Republic recalled Matti Maasikas as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the Republic of Finland.
