The President of the Republic resolved to confer on Edgars Skuja an Estonian state decoration05.09.2005
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to confer on Edgars Skuja, the Ambassador of the Republic of Latvia to Estonia in the years 2003-2005, the 1st Class order of the Cross of Terra Mariana in recognition of his services to the Estonian state.
