President Arnold Rüütel on Monday, July 25, at Kadriorg, signed a resolution to appoint Ants Frosch as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the Republic of Poland, residing in Warsaw.
The President of the Republic recalled Aivo Orav as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the Republic of Poland.
