The President of the Republic did not promulgate the Local Government Council Election Act Amendment Act concerning e-voting 12.07.2005 The President of the Republic today at Kadriorg signed a resolution not to promulgate, pursuant to § 107 of the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia, the Local Government Council Election Act Amendment Act passed by the Riigikogu on June 28, 2005. The President of the Republic submitted an appeal to the Supreme Court to declare the law unconstitutional.
