The President of the Republic promulgated four acts04.07.2005
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the Witness Protection Act; the Code of Criminal Procedure and Code of Enforcement Procedure Implementation Act, passed by the Riigikogu on June 15, 2005, and the Act on Amendments to the Code of Misdemeanour Procedure, Penal Code and Traffic Act; the Immovables Expropriation Act, Code of Enforcement Procedure, Roads Act and Railways Act Amendment Act, passed by the Riigikogu on June 16, 2005.
