The President of the Republic promulgated twelve acts20.06.2005
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the Structural Assistance Act Amendment Act; the Public Water Supply and Sewerage Act and Water Act Amendment Act; the Act on the Ratification of the Convention No 111 of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) concerning Discrimination in respect of Employment and Occupation; the Act on the Denunciation of the Convention on Future Multilateral Co-operation in North-East Atlantic Fisheries, passed by the Riigikogu on June 8, 2005; the European Parliament Election Act, Local Government Council Election Act and Riigikogu Election Act Amendment Act; the Institutions of Professional Higher Education Act Amendment Act, passed by the Riigikogu on June 9, 2005; the Act on Amendments to § 61 of the State Pension Insurance Act; the Rural Development and Agricultural Market Regulation Act, the European Union Common Agricultural Policy and Associated Acts Implementation Act; the Act on Amendments to § 61 of the State Pension Insurance Act, passed by the Riigikogu on June 15, 2005; the Infectious Animal Disease Control Act Amendment Act; the Copyright Act Amendment Act; the Waste Act, Packaging Act and Packaging Excise Duty Act Amendment Act, passed by the Riigikogu on June 16, 2005.
