The President of the Republic promulgated five acts09.05.2005
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the Code of Enforcement Procedure; the Code of Civil Procedure; the Population Register Act Amendment Act; the Act on Amendments to the Income Tax Act, Social Tax Act and Taxation Act and to Other Acts Arising Thereof; the Local Government Council Election Act Amendment Act, passed by the Riigikogu on April 20, 2005.
