The President of the Republic promulgated four acts22.03.2005
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the Act on Amendments to the Principles of Legal Regulation of Industrial Property Act, to § 41 of the Trade Marks Act and to § 19 of the Patents Act; the Public Procurements Act Amendment Act passed by the Riigikogu on March 9, 2005; the Social Welfare Act Amendment Act; the Act on the Accession to the Protocol to the 1979 Convention on Long-range Transboundary Air Pollution on Persistent Organic Pollutants, passed by the Riigikogu on March 16, 2005.
