The President of the Republic received the Estonian delegation to Deaflympics04.02.2005
 The President of the Republic today at Kadriorg received the delegation of Estonian athletes and their coaches who had participated in the 20th Deaflympic Games in Melbourne on January 5-16, 2005, and President of the Estonian Deaf Sport Union Riina Kuusk, and Secretary-General of the Estonian Deaf Sport Union Kaido Tiislär.
President Rüütel thanked athletics medalists Kairit Olenko, the winner of two gold and one bronze medals, and Hans-Kristjan Paukson, the winner of one gold and one bronze medals, for their outstanding achievements and gave them presents.
The head of state wished the athletes happiness and strong will in their strive for new high goals.
