The President of the Republic promulgated four acts01.02.2005
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed resolutions to promulgate the Act on the Acceptance of the Constitution of the World Health Organisation and Amendments thereto; the Act on the Ratification of the Convention between the Government of the Republic of Estonia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and the Protocol thereto, passed by the Riigikogu on January 19, 2005; the Metrology Act Amendment Act; the State Family Benefits Act, Social Tax Act, Parental Benefits Act and the Unemployed Persons Social Protection Act Amendment Act, passed by the Riigikogu on January 27, 2005.
