The President of the Republic met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Chairman of the Riigikogu Foreign Affairs Committee12.01.2005
President Rüütel today at Kadriorg met with Foreign Minister Kristiina Ojuland. The President of the Republic met also with Chairman of the Riigikogu Foreign Affairs Committee Marko Mihkelson.
Both meetings addressed Estonian-Russian relations on the eve of the visit by the President of the Republic to Russia, and the issues of Baltic cooperation. Estonian-Ukrainian bilateral relations also came under discussion, as well as the participation of the Estonian head of state in the inauguration ceremony of the President of Ukraine.
