The President of the Republic congratulated Viktor Jushchenko11.01.2005
President Rüütel tonight sent his congratulations to Viktor Juschenko on the occasion of his achieving success in the Ukrainian presidential elections.
"Success of Ukraine is important to all European nations, as stability and wellfare in Ukraine means a safe and secure development to the whole of our continent," marked the Head of Estonian state in his address.
President Rüütel expressed his conviction that also in future the relations between Estonia and Ukraine would continue developing in a way, which is mutually beneficial for both countries.
The President of the Republic wished Viktor Jushchenko success in his office as the President and invited the newly elected Head of Ukrainian State to visit Estonia.
