The President of the Republic promulgated three acts16.12.2004
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed decisions to promulgate the Act on Amendments to the Defence Forces Service Act, passed by the Riigikogu on December 14, 2004; the Act on Amendments to the Penal Code and the Alcohol Act; the Act on the Accession to the Convention drawn up on the basis of the Treaty on European Union, on Mutual Assistance and Cooperation between Customs Administrations, passed by the Riigikogu on December 8, 2004.
