The President of the Republic resolved to confer on John Kjaer an Estonian state decoration12.11.2004
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to confer on John Kjaer, the Head of the European Commission Delegation in Estonia in 2000-2004, the 1st Class order of the Cross of Terra Mariana in recognition of his services to the Estonian state.
