The President of the Republic promulgated three acts12.11.2004
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed resolutions to promulgate the Act on Accession to the International Organization for Migration and Approval its Constitution and Amendments to the Constitution; the Act on Accession to the Agreement between the Parties to the North Atlantic Treaty for the Security of Information; the Act on ratification of the Constitution and Documents Amending the Convention of the International telecommunication Union, passed by the Riigikogu on November 10, 2004.
