The President of the Republic released a judge from office09.11.2004
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to release, pursuant to § 99, subsections 1(1) and 2 of the Courts Act, Judge of Tallinn Circuit Court Nelja Zaitseva from office as of December 1, 2004 at her own request in connection with her retirement on judge's superannuated pension.
