The President of the Republic promulgated eight acts28.10.2004
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed resolutions to promulgate the Medical Device Act, passed by the Riigikogu on October 13, 2004; the Act Amending the Chemicals Act and the State Fees Act; the Act on Joining with the Agreement Regulating the Status of Armed Forces between the Member States of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation and the Protocol on the Status of International Military Headquarters Created under the North Atlantic Treaty; the Act on Joining with the Agreement on the Status of Representatives and International Personnel of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation and its Member States, passed by the Riigikogu on October 20, 2004; the Act Amending the Law of Obligation Act; the Act Amending the Value Added Tax Act; the Act on Ratification of Amendments to the Memorandum of Association of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development; the Act Amending the Vocational Educational Institutions Act, the Education Act and the Private Schools Act, passed by the Riigikogu on October 21, 2004.
