The President of the Republic appointed an ambassador11.10.2004
President Arnold Rüütel on Monday, October 11, at Kadriorg signed a resolution to appoint Andres Rundu Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the Principality of Andorra, to be residing in Madrid.
The President of the Republic recalled Ruth Lausma Luik, the incumbent Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the Principality of Andorra.
