The President of the Republic appointed an ambassador17.09.2004
President Arnold Rüütel on Thursday, September 16, at Kadriorg signed a resolution to appoint Katrin Saarsalu Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Estonia to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) and the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Organisation (CTBTO Prep Com).
The President of the Republic recalled William Mart Laanemäe, the incumbent Permanent Representative of the Republic of Estonia to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) and the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Organisation (CTBTO Prep Com).
