The President of the Republic released a judge from office24.08.2004
President Arnold Rüütel yesterday at Kadriorg signed a resolution to release, pursuant to § 99 subsection 1, 1) of the Courts Act, Judge of the District Court of Viru Marko Tiirik as of 23 August 2004 at his own request from office.
