The President of the Republic resolved to confer on Vladislav Labudek an Estonian state decoration15.06.2004
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to confer on H.E. Vladislav Labudek, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to the Republic of Estonia in the years 2000-2004, in recognition of his services to the Estonian state the 1st Class Order of the Cross of Terra Mariana.
