PRELIMINARY NOTICE: The President of the Republic to receive the best graduates15.06.2004
On Monday, June 21, President Arnold Rüütel will receive this year's best graduates at Kadriorg in the Rose Garden of the Presidential Palace (Weizenbergi 39).
The President of the Republic is going to congratulate the best university graduates on June 21 at 11 a.m. and the best secondary and vocational school graduates at 2 p.m.
