The President of the Republic promulgated two acts

President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed resolutions to promulgate the Act on Amendments to the Maritime Safety Act, and the Act on Amendments to the Telecommunications Act and Security Authorities Act passed by the Riigikogu on 19 May 2004.
