The President of the Republic promulgated three acts

President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed resolutions to promulgate the Ambient Air Protection Act passed by the Riigikogu on 5 May 2004, and the Act on Amendments to § 15 of the Value Added Tax Act and the Act on Amendments to the State Secrets Act passed by the Riigikogu on 6 May 2004.
