The President of the Republic promulgated twelve acts07.04.2004
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed resolutions to promulgate the Act on the Implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union; the Act on the Accession to the Convention on the Prohibition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines and on Their Destruction; the Act on Amendments to the Maritime Safety Act; the Act on Amendments to the Packaging Excise Duty Act and the State Fees Act; the State Participation in Legal Persons in Private Law Act; the Product Safety Act; the Act on Amendments to the Competition Act; the Act on Amendments to the Aviation Act; the Explosive Substances Act; the Act on Amendments to the Heritage Conservation Act; the Radiation Act; and the Act on the Ratification of the European Convention on Social and Medical Assistance and Protocol Thereto passed by the Riigikogu on March 24.
