President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to release Tiit Tammsaar from his office as Member of the Government of the Republic and Minister of Agriculture, and to appoint Ester Tuiksoo Member of the Government of the Republic and Minister of Agriculture.
