The President of the Republic to visit Viru Battalion30.03.2004
President Rüütel tomorrow will visit the Viru Single Infantry Battalion. The President of the Republic will familiarize himself with the activities of the battalion, watch marksmanship and gunnery training, and talk with conscripts.
Commander of the Defence Forces Vice Admiral Tarmo Kõuts is going to visit the battalion together with President Rüütel. The President of the Republic also will meet with representatives of the local authorities and the leaders of Eesti Põlevkivi.
