The President of the Republic appointed ambassadors11.03.2004
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to appoint William Mart Laanemäe Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to Serbia and Montenegro, residing in Tallinn. The President also appointed Märt Volmer Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the Republic of Turkey.
The Head of State recalled Andres Tomberg, the incumbent Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the Republic of Turkey.
