The President of the Republic met with the Public Conciliator

President Rüütel today at Kadriorg met with Public Conciliator Raivo Paavo. Their meeting focused on the Estonian labour market and its stability.
The Public Conciliator highlighted employees' positive tendency to stand up for their rights more frequently and efficiently than before. The willingness of employers to hold dialogue with representatives of employees had increased as well. Raivo Paavo briefed the President of the Republic on processes, which recently had required an involvement of the Public Conciliator.
