The President of the Republic promulgated eight acts

President Arnold Rüütel today signed resolutions to promulgate the Act on Amendments to the Public Procurement Act; the Act on Amendments to the Traffic Act; the Act on Amendments to the Law of Obligations Act and Associated Acts; the Act on Amendments to the Imprisonment Act; the Energy Efficiency of Equipment Act; and the Railway Act passed by the Riigikogu on November19, as well as the Act on Amendments to the Republic of Estonia Education Act and Education Allowances and Educational Loans Act; and the Consular Act passed by the Riigikogu on December 3.
