PRELIMINARY NOTICE: The President of the Republic to lay a wreath at Tallinna Reaalkool26.11.2003
President Rüütel at 12:00 on Friday, 28 November, at Tallinna Reaalkool will lay a wreath at the Monument to the Teachers and Students of Tallinn Fallen in the War of Independence. The Estonian War of Independence broke out on 28 November 85 years ago.
