The President of the Republic promulgated three acts04.11.2003
President Arnold Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed resolutions to promulgate the Act on Amendments to the Public Transport Act and State Fees Act passed by the Riigikogu on October 15, the Act on Amendments to the Taxation Act and Land Tax Act passed on October 22, and the Act on Amendments to the Vocational Educational Institutions Act and Adult Education Act passed on October 23.
